Q.   Do I need to be referred by a doctor for physiotherapy?

A.   No. We are primary care practitioners and do not require a referral. However, your medical insurer may request one.


Q.   How do I access Dr. Lalonde?

A.   Phone the clinic AT (613) 729-8098 for an appointment.


Q.   Are you registered?

A.   Yes, each of our therapists is licensed and registered with their College.


Q.   Are you services covered by OHIP.

A.   Yes, visits to Dr. Lalonde are covered.  Although visits to Physiotherapists and Massage Therapists are not covered by OHIP, they are covered by many public and private insurance plans.
